Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Undertaking market to determine target customer organizations and key decision makers.
• Contacting customers to present company capabilities and help them in evaluating our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Responsible for the end-to-end deal lifecycle (Leads identification, communicating value proposition, creating customer presentations and proposals, building, and nurturing client relationships)
• Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build a robust lead pipeline
• Establish partnerships and drive channels sales.
• Assessing customer’s problem areas and requirements, having technical discussion with customers & preparation of techno-commercial proposal to meet the customer requirements.
• Ensure recurring business flow from existing customer accounts and performing key account management through commercial negotiation.

Required skills and experience

• At least 5 years of experience in IT sales (domestic/international).
• Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like ERP, CRM, eCommerce solutions.
• Accountable person with a “Go-getter” attitude, who can work with minimal supervision.
• Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals.
• Ability to nurture and grow future business interests.
• Proposal writing, Communication, and Presentation skills.
• As this is a field job, the candidate should be open to travel for meeting prospects, customers.

• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to develop and produce marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Monitor and manage online reputation by monitoring social media channels, responding to customer reviews and comments, and addressing negative feedback.
• Develop and execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, including optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and building high-quality backlinks.
• Use marketing automation tools to create and manage marketing workflows, including lead nurturing and customer engagement campaigns.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics such as website traffic, email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and use this data to optimize marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future campaigns.
