Job Description

The ideal candidate should be motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Undertaking market to determine target customer organizations and key decision makers.
Contacting customers to present company capabilities and help them in evaluating our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle.
Responsible for the end-to-end deal lifecycle (Leads identification, communicating value proposition, creating customer presentations and proposals, building, and nurturing client relationships)
Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build a robust lead pipeline
Establish partnerships and drive channels sales.
Assessing customer’s problem areas and requirements, having technical discussion with customers & preparation of techno-commercial proposal to meet the customer requirements.
Ensure recurring business flow from existing customer accounts and performing key account management through commercial negotiation.

Required skills and experience

At least 5 years of experience in IT sales (domestic/international).
Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like ERP, CRM, eCommerce solutions.
Accountable person with a “Go-getter” attitude, who can work with minimal supervision.
Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals.
Ability to nurture and grow future business interests.
